My name is Mike, and I am the owner of China Supreme. 10 years ago, I went to Beijing to study the Chinese language.

My favorite moments there was looking for street food that I haven’t tried before. After a few years, when I was back in the Netherlands, I was missing the Beijing food a lot. I decided to open my own restaurant in Buitenveldert serving the best street food I had back then. And now I got the opportunity to open my second location at Market33.

Hopefully, I can introduce Chinese street food to a bigger audience.
